Brief history
Kafi Wasi, the coffee house in Quechua, is a specialty coffee shop that emerged from the impulse for the love of coffee of a couple from Arequipa, Diego Cisneros and Pamela Reymer. Both met while studying gastronomy in Lima and, at the end of their career, they decided to return to the White City with the idea of opening a cafeteria focused on promoting Peruvian coffee. His dream came true in 2017.
The team is made up of Diego, who studied barista and is in charge of the selection of coffees; Johan Araujo, roaster and barista specialized in Brazil; Pamela Reymer is in charge of the kitchen and Elizabeth is the pastry chef.
