EXTRACTION METHODS
Our baristas make sure to offer specialty beans highlighting their flavors of origin outlined from the grain selection process in green gold, going through a tasting process to give it an adequate roast and repower its flavors in the different extraction methods.
SELECTED BY THE COFFEE ROUTE
Kafi Wasi has achieved his goal: to educate Arequipans about the various methods and origins of coffee. Indeed, upon entering we find on the walls information, maps, photographs about the origin and cultivation of coffee in Peru, as well as the plant.
Today her challenge is to continue promoting the methods and to continue educating customers about coffee culture. For both of them, coffee has become their main engine and Kafi Wasi is like a son that they see growing up every day.
